They are aware of the International Plumbing Code® and the Uniform Plumbing Code®. They understand the code development and revision process. They can explain how to use public comment forms to submit comments to the International Code Council (ICC) or the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) for consideration.
