Earning Criteria

The CHRO Academy was established by the NAHR Foundation for HR executives holding their first "Top HR" job, and have been in the role for four years or less. The CHRO Academy has been created by the National Academy of Human Resources to aid in the assimilation and development of recently appointed heads of HR who are in their first CHRO role. This unique program is an intensive, focused, and actionable session for first time Chief HR Officers.
