The MSSC Certified Technician-Supply Chain Automation (CTSCA-EM) Equipment Maintenance course, is one of three nationally portable, industry-wide, stackable certifications under the CTSCA System. The purpose of the program is to prepare technicians who install, operate, support, upgrade, and maintain the automated material handling equipment and systems supporting the supply chain. Students that complete the 200 hour CTSCA-EM course, will have the knowledge to maintain equipment and systems.
