Earning Criteria
-
Earners successfully prepared and delivered a Showcase pitch, which involved creating an expo stall, delivering a pitch (with an accompanying slide deck) to an audience of friends and family, and responding to challenging questions from our expert panel of Monte stakeholders. Earners presented their startup to the world in a challenging and rewarding environment.
-
Earners must have attained all 101 micro-credentials available to Entrepreneur Cohort 2, including: Lean Startup, Business Admin, Business Models, Brand & Marketing, and Startup Pitching.
-
Earners have thoughtfully completed their first Founder Roadmap, meaning they are able to provide a rationale for each of the milestones they claim to have attained, as well as those they plan to attain.
-
Beyond pitching at a Showcase event, earners have successfully planned their launch to the Monte community, which may include speaking at an assembly, placing promotional collateral on school noticeboards or digital channels, and/or seeking the school's promotional support in any form.
-
Beyond pitching at a Showcase event, and/or launching internally to the Monte community, earners have successfully planned their launch to the wider community, which may include launching branded web presences, digital and print advertising, personal selling and/or pitching, and more. They don't necessarily need to have successfully executed their external launch.
