Earning Criteria
-
Earners used our Startup Identity workbook to research an available project name and sketch preliminary logo ideas. They went on to develop and publish their first logo. Some earners worked with a professional graphic designer to receive brand kits for Showcase.
-
Earners leveraged our internal entrepreneur community platform, Monte Nest, to create a profile (at least as an individual, but ideally as a startup as well). This formed their first experience of launching a web presence that attempts to communicate who they are as an emerging brand.
-
Earners used our Marketing and Branding workbook to draft their first complete brand strategy, covering the audience personas, channels, and messages they could leverage to raise their profile; they can communicate their vision, mission, and values as a startup.
-
Earners successfully launched a branded web presence that can be viewed externally (e.g. a landing page, website, or social media profile). They can communicate which CMS or social channel they used and why, with a reasonable rationale.
-
Earners learned the basics of trademarks and intellectual property generally.
