Earning Criteria

• Earners have explored the impact of technology on player performance in elite sports. Through an interactive session, they discovered how Football has evolved through incorporating technology that is capable of data analysis, score reviews and performance analysis.
• Earners have investigated technologies used to track player performance in sports, including AFLW, by using Catapult tracking pods. Earners have participated in a football fitness activity using the technologies and analysed their own performance data.
• Earners have interacted with expert educators and professionals in the fields of Data Analytics, Media and Communications. Earners have been able to ask questions of the professionals to assist them to understand the links between sports analytics and public-facing media.
• Earners have worked collaboratively to produce different kinds of social media content for a wide range of audiences and scenarios related to professional sporting clubs. Earners have presented their work to their peers and explained the reasoning behind their content choices.
