  • Successfully complete courses COM 2260 Introduction to New Media, COM 2440 Online Content Production, COM 2560 Field Production, COM 2620 Social Media (12 credits). Effectively demonstrate oral and written communication skills when discussing the process of rapidly evolving media.
  • Efficiently research techniques in Social Media platforms and topics.
  • Create various types of new media, including, but not limited to, GIFs, graphics, text, images, and video.
  • Develop a website to host materials created in class and outside of class.
  • Produce an independent creative project that displays a unique online presence.
