Participants must attend all of the 4 webinars from the Business Applications Customer Success Series (live or on-demand) before April 20th, 2024: •October 18th, 2023–Overview FY24 Customer Success Strategy and programs •November 29th, 2023–Post Sales activities addressing implementation and adoption issues •January 25th, 2024 – Post sales activities envisioning use cases & building success plans •March 21st, 2024–Post sales activities creating solution roadmap for expansion & enabling Copilot.
