Earning Criteria

• Earners of the Microsoft SQL Modernization Workshop Coach badge will actively lead participants through migrating and modernizing an “on-prem” SQL Server virtual machine to an Azure SQL Managed Instance. Coaches will walk through a brief presentation of the tools and technologies used as well as an overview of what is needed to complete the course. Participants will complete a full migration of a database as well as a sample application and additional features available in SQL Managed Instance
