Earning Criteria

  • The recognition is for CSAs who fulfill their Community Lead expectations, CSAs who have delivered at least one technical session in the reviewed period, have contributed original technical content. It also acknowledges CSAs who moderate Pod chats, organize knowledge sessions, recruit speakers, identify IP catalogue gaps, gather IP feedback, incubate new content, and act as a liaison between the Product Group and the community by scouting and triaging product feedback to ensure it is actionable.
