This badge recognizes Microsoft experts in customer facing roles who have completed the Reliability & Quality Investments (RQI) training, attended at least one delivery and have provided one Azure RQI customer delivery (all content). Recipients of this badge actively engage as participants and thought leaders within their peer group and among colleagues in Microsoft’s Customer Success Unit, Customer Reliability Engineering (CRE) or Azure Reliability.

Earning Criteria

  • To earn this badge, the candidate must successfully complete the Reliability & Quality Investments (RQI) training, attend at least one delivery session, and contribute to an Azure RQI customer delivery (including all content) in FY24.
  • Nominated and approved by the CSU Infra Tech Strategy, Customer Reliability Engineering (CRE), or Azure Reliability team.
  • Only Microsoft Full Time Employee (FTE) will be eligible to receive this badge.
