Earning Criteria

Delivery of designated Leading Edge Delivery virtual instructor led class as a facilitator 2 or more times or SME Presentation delivery 3 or more times.
Active participation in class feedback and improvement.
Leading class participants to recognize and employ the approach outlined in the class.
