Career Experience Program Graduates are alumni who has graduated from a 90-day job rotation opportunity for employees across CO+I to explore new environments, build skills, and create new connections. The experience provides candidates a true immersion experience and leverages the 70-20-10 Development Philosophy throughout the program. To graduate from the Career Experience Program candidates are expected to demonstrate a range of competencies and achievements.

Earning Criteria

  • Completion of the 30-60-90 plan with clear deliverables and learning outcome assigned by Hosting team.
  • Submission of a final portfolio which show cases the skills & core competencies build during the CEP and the application of learned skills in both competencies and technical excellence. Present these learnings to Program Team, Executives, Sponsors, Leadership, Hosting Team, and Peers.
  • Positive feedback from hosting managers: Receive positive evaluations from the hosting managers in the team you are temporarily joining and CEP team members and stakeholders to provide perspectives.
