Career Experience Program Contributor is offered to Microsoft or CO+I volunteers who has contributed to the CO+I Career Experience Program on top of their core-priorities as a CEP candidate during their cohort. As a stretched opportunity, these individuals have adopted the 70-20-10 Development Philosophy to build skills & experience in program management, customer engagement, design and creativity through CEP by collaborating with the Program Team as part of continuous improvement.

Earning Criteria

Engagement & Contribution Level: Period of engagement, involvement and time invested in assisting with the program.
Peer Recognition: Program Team and key stakeholders can nominate individuals for the badge based on their expectational contributions to the program.
Special Initiatives: Recognize individuals who have taken the initiative to start new projects or lead significant aspects of the program that go beyond their core priorities.
Learning and Development: Continuous learning and skill development by adopting the always learning mindset and curiosity to learn through collaborating with the Program Team and positively impacting the program.
Community Building: Recognized individuals who actively participate in building and nurturing the program’s community, whether through mentoring, networking, or fostering a collaborative learning environment.
