The Mentors in Tech program helps overlooked and underserved tech students at smaller, less well known, accessible and affordable colleges navigate and launch their careers. The MinT student invests in their own success by completing a year-long structured 40-hour mentorship program which includes monthly 1:1 meetings with experienced tech industry mentors, building their resumes, and participating in mock interviews and industry-led workshops to prepare for entry into their first tech role.
