Earning Criteria

  • Trainers will participate in a 3 ½ day in-person train-the-trainer program that will teach them to deliver Becoming a Better Mentor and Mentoring Mindset trainings to local community partner programs.
  • Trainers will complete a teach-back activity to verify their readiness to deliver training and demonstrate their in-person facilitation skills.
