Attend and participate in a four-part bespoke workshop with supporting prework: self assessments and offline workplace activities are used to cement the knowledge in the areas of operational excellence for the betterment of AMB and members.The workshop program covers four main modules: Listening and Communicating, Empathising, Resolving Issues and Operationalising the Improvements for members.
