Completion of Cohort Learning: Through the use of activities and discussions, participants explore several leadership topics to: Create commitment and align with the organization’s picture of future success; Build relationships and make alliances in service of others through open, diverse and deep networks; Practice hearing and understanding to draw out meaningful information in a conversation; Learn from experience and apply that learning to perform successfully in new & challenging situations

Completion of Matthews Formal Mentoring Program: Participants are engaged in a one-year mentoring relationship based on their needs by matching them with a more senior leader at Matthews to further their own personal development through learning, feedback, visibility, and expansion of their personal network.

Completion of Strategic Initiatives/Action Learning: Through the MAP learning journey, participants have focused on learning, practicing, and applying key skills and behaviors to work on a business related or enterprise-wide priority initiative. This enables them to develop as future Enterprise leaders and shows that they possess the ability to balance both the demands required to achieve operational results, while making decisions, acting, and building teams that strengthen all of Matthews.
