Earning Criteria

  • Successful completion of the Elevate Communicating & Influencing module.
  • Identifies personal communication style and is aware of benefits and potential challenges.
  • Recognizes the verbal and non-verbal cues to identify the different communication styles of others.
  • Understands that communication style preferences will vary based on the person or situation, and adjusts approach accordingly​.
  • Able to share information with Associates in a clear and concise manner that is broadly understood.
  • Effectively communicates with and influences those without a direct reporting relationship (i.e. - peers, veterinarians, leadership, etc.).
  • Provides messages in a way that are relevant and compelling between the business, leadership, and team.
