In Mental Fitness participants learn what to expect and how to manage college stress by using positive affirmations, and relaxation and mindfulness techniques. Participants are required to practice new techniques and reflect on their usefulness. Participants also choose two additional topics of choice from: Self-Compassion and Self-Care; and Academic Stress - Locus of Control, Positive Self-talk, Test Anxiety, Pressure from Parents.
