Earners meet or exceed the 150-point threshold through a variety of activities to reach MANTECH Elite Status. Examples of activities that earn points include attending company-sponsored DEI and learning events, working on proposals, achieving a certification, or presenting at a conference. Earners review the full list of activities and descriptions and submit for approval before receiving points. Activity is tracked on the earner's MANTECH Elite dashboard. Elite Status is good for two years.

Earning Criteria

Elite Status is achieved when you reach 150 points and will expire 730.5 days or 2 years after awarded unless you continue to meet Elite Status. You will have an opportunity to renew your Elite Status after the 2-year mark. Once you’ve received your second Elite Status, you are grandfathered into the program for the remainder of your career at MANTECH.
