Earners of the AMC Introduction to Food Service badge have a fundamental understanding of the food service environment and the ability to complete food service tasks independently. They have knowledge of and demonstrate the correct application of basic, intermediate and advanced principles of food service delivery. Earners are able to implement food safety and sanitation procedures, front of house service delivery, and back of house service delivery for a variety of purposes and situations.
