Earners of the AMC Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion badge have demonstrated an understanding of the components of diversity. They have explored their own unconscious bias and the impact of bias in the workplace. They have developed an understanding of how to interact with and support people from a wide range of backgrounds and ability levels.
