Earning Criteria

• Impact – Teams that have made a significant impact. Together, they demonstrate the ability to withstand obstacles and persevere to reach their goals and positively affect the Madison College community.
• Performance – The team's overall performance exceeds expectations and shows extraordinary quality of work, including the completion of a major goal and/or a special or unique contribution to Madison College.
• Collaboration – The team functions with a high degree of trust and cohesion to accomplish their stated goals. They successfully utilize the skills of all team members and can demonstrate healthy collaboration with others.
