The Madison College Facilitator Program is designed for all full-time college employees to develop facilitation skills that will help them lead groups, committees, councils, meetings or project teams. The program focuses on these competency areas: self-awareness, fostering collaboration, moving ideas into action, honoring Madison College culture, cultural responsiveness and creating safe and inclusive environments in the workplace.
