Earning Criteria

Participants display a growth mindset throughout the program. They are intentionally paired and supported with digital resources to support monthly mentoring sessions between the two. Between mentorship meetings, there are sessions based on deepening their learnings from the focus of the coaching session. Participants complete the Clifton Strengths Finder assessment and an individualized coaching session with a certified coach to enhance their strengths in their professional lives. Participants
