  • The organisation has demonstrated evidence that the organisation fosters lifelong learning and ongoing learning collaboration. Everyone in the organisation should have the opportunity to make mistakes and learn from them. Learning in the organisation should be both relevant and accessible for all employees. Leaders within the organisation are role models and challenge assumptions, encourage self-reflection, and set an example for their teams.
