Earning Criteria

• Microskills - Participants in Microskills mastered delivering practice at scale through simulation techniques. They created audio, video, writing, and multiple-choice exercises for realistic "time in role" experiences. Using AI rules for automated coaching, including prompt-writing and QA, they gained skills in AI prompt engineering to design impactful learning content.
• AI Conversations - Participants in AI Conversations developed expertise in designing scalable conversation experiences using simulation-based practice. They implemented AI rules for automated coaching, enabling simulated conversations between learners and clients. Advanced AI prompt engineering helped them create experiences aligned with software simulations, enhancing learner engagement and understanding.
• Software Simulations - Participants who completed the Software Simulations path excelled in creating scalable templates to simulate various workflows across multiple software systems. They mastered the ability to leverage simulation features to adjust difficulty levels, providing learners with tailored practice experiences. This path emphasized the importance of practice at scale, empowering participants to design simulations that accurately reflected real-world software interactions.
• Users & Reporting - The Users & Reporting path equipped participants with the skills to manage user records, teams, and learning paths effectively. They became adept at navigating and utilizing the Bright reporting suite, allowing them to extract valuable insights from data. This certification emphasized the importance of precise user management and data analysis to optimize learning experiences and outcomes.
