This badge is awarded to candidates who have passed the Lean Yellow Belt exam based on the LSSA skill set. It approves that the badge holders can remember and understand the basic Lean techniques. Lean Yellow Belts can be members of a process improvement teams in the environment of operational excellence.

Earning Criteria

The Lean Yellow Belt exam consists of 40 multiple choice questions with the duration of 60 minutes. To pass the exam, at least 25 questions need to be correctly answered.

Lean Six Sigma Academy is the Scheme Owner of Lean Six Sigma. For each Belts within this Scheme, LSSA has designed the skill ser, training content and the certification content. LSSA accredits the training organization and certifies candidates.
