Lean Green Belt (Theory)

This badge is awarded to candidates who have passed the Lean Green Belt theoretical exam based on the LSSA skill set. It approves that the badge holders can apply and analyze the Lean techniques. Lean Green Belts are experts in implementing complicated Lean projects. As project manager, they are responsible for managing complex projects and supporting improvement teams with tools and techniques.

Earning Criteria

The Lean Green Belt theoretical exam consists of 40 multiple choice questions with the duration of 120 minutes. To pass the Lean Green Belt exam, at least 25 questions need to be correctly answered.

Lean Six Sigma Academy is the Scheme Owner of Lean Six Sigma. For each Belts within this Scheme, LSSA has designed the skill ser, training content and the certification content. LSSA accredits the training organization and certifies candidates.
