Earners have participated in a three day leadership program over four months complemented by peer coaching and a group action learning project. The program covered a range of leadership principles including: what great leadership looks like, motivation and performance, daily practices of effective leaders, creating a great place to work, communicating with influence, assertiveness, feedback, organisational culture, leading through change, coaching and development.
