The Level 6 Diploma in Probate Law and Practice is developed in partnership with the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) and the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) as a route to qualify as a Licensed Probate Practitioner. To obtain the Level 6 Diploma, learners have undertaken studies and passed assessments in the following subjects: Wills, Succession and Grants of Representation, The Administration of Estates and Managing Client and Office Accounts (Probate).
