Earning Criteria

Experience - Three years of experience is required to earn this badge. Provide the date assigned as a “Partner, Delivery”. (Other Partner roles do not apply.) The three years must be within the past four years, otherwise the skills will not be a match to the current version of certification.

Submit an application - Write your certification application by answering the questions in the template. Questions must be answered completely and provide insights into your skills and knowledge so that the board members who get assigned to interview you can use them to formulate additional questions.

You will be provided with the names and emails of 3 board members. You will set up a 1-hour meeting with each one separately so they can interview you and make their decision regarding your certification. After the interviews the Board members will vote to approve or decline. Approvals will result in the badge being issued. Declines will result in a gap analysis provided to the applicant for improvement.
