Earning Criteria

Experience: Prove 6+ months in the “Partner, Delivery” role by providing the date of role assignment through a screen print from WorkDay or a note from your manager.
Education: you must complete the prerequisite program. Completion of all modules is required prior to submitting the certification application, as well as a passing grade on the Experienced Delivery Partner Exam.
Manager's Approval: The candidate's manager will sign off on the date assigned to the Partner role and current experience.
Global Program Leader approval: the global leader for the Delivery Partner program must approve the application.
