Earning Criteria

• Intellectual Capital - Sharing: Candidate regularly share their intellectual capital and deliverables with the Kyndryl consulting community (local and global) to help each other improve their skills, impact the bottom line, and create a sense of belonging. Examples of intellectual capital (ICAP) include workshop materials, practitioner guides, questionnaires, client stories, decision models, methods, assessments, or tools to be used while executing consulting engagements.
• Intellectual Capital–Harvest & Reuse: Candidate regularly leverages, harvests, and reuses existing ICAP to enhance their own skills, deliver value to the customers, and avoid reinventing the wheel. Candidate regularly harvests and reuses ICAP for offerings or on customer projects. Examples of intellectual capital (ICAP) include workshop materials, practitioner guides, questionnaires, client stories, decision models, methods, assessments, or tools to be used while executing consulting engagement
• Giveback: Candidate frequently volunteers for speaking engagements (internally or externally), enablement/teaching and mentoring.
• Eminence: Candidate has demonstrated verifiable external eminence that result greater awareness of Kyndryl consulting.
• Profession adoption/ participation: Candidate has actively encouraged and promoted active participation and leadership in the consulting community.
• Success stories: Candidate has shared customer consulting success stories across their country and across Kyndryl.
• Enroll into Workday Learning Certificate Program.
