The credential provides customer-based certification of knowledge, demonstrated ability, level of experience, and an established record of success in Kyndryl services engagements. The badge qualifies the individual to deliver the same degree of professionalism for each engagement.

Earning Criteria

Engagement Experience - If not previously certified have a minimum of 5 completed engagements, 2 of which must have a TCV of $30M or more. If previously certified have a minimum of 2 additional (beyond original certification engagements) completed engagements, 1 of which must have a TCV of $30M or more.
Competitive Experience (Not Sole Source) - Complete at least one engagement against the competition.
Consultant Led Opportunities - Led at least 1 engagement with a consultant involved.
Endorsement Letters - Obtain an Endorsement Letter from the Sales Engagement Leader, Country SSM Leader or Country Solutions Executive, VP/Director/GM Sales, and CTA/DE/TSE.
Mentorship and Giveback - The candidate must provide evidence about how they committed at least 120 hours of time and effort to develop talent and capabilities across the Technical Solutioning Profession and how they set examples through their own personal growth and development and by coaching and mentoring others. The "Giveback" activity takes place in addition to the primary job mission of the candidate and brings value to Kyndryl and the profession.
Education - Complete the required hours of education in the last 12 months.
Job Role - Applicant must be a Technical Solutioning Band 9 or Band 10.
Consultant Led Opportunities - Third-Party Advisor, Outside Consultant or Attorney: Led at least one engagement with a consultant involved.
Enroll into Workday Learning Certificate Program.
