Earning Criteria

Engagement Experience - If not previously certified have a minimum of 4 completed engagements, 2 of which must have a TCV of $20M or more. If previously certified have a minimum of 2 additional (beyond original certification engagements) completed engagements, 1 of which must have a TCV of $20M or more.
Endorsement Letters - Obtain an Endorsement Letter from an Engagement Lead (i.e. CSE, CPE), Country SSM Leader, or Country Solutions Executive and VP/Director/GM Sales.
Education - Complete all the current Global Solutions required education.
Mentorship and Giveback - The candidate must provide evidence about how they committed at least 60 hours of time and effort to develop talent and capabilities across the SM Profession and how they set examples through their own personal growth and development and by coaching and mentoring others. The "Giveback" activity takes place in addition to the primary job mission of the candidate and brings value to Kyndryl and the profession.
Job Role - Applicant must be a Solution Manager Band 8 or Band 9.
Consultant Led Opportunities - Third-Party Advisor, Outside Consultant or Attorney: Led at least one engagement with a consultant involved.
Competitive Experience (Not Sole Source) - Complete at least one engagement against competition.
