Solutioning Certification is intended to establish a standard of professional excellence, and it distinguishes those professionals with the widest breadth and the deepest level of proven skills and expertise. The credential provides customer-based certification of knowledge, demonstrated ability, level of experience, and an established record of success in Kyndryl services engagements. The credential qualifies the individual to deliver the same degree of professionalism for each engagement.

Earning Criteria

Engagement Experience - If not previously certified have a minimum of 4 completed engagements, 2 of which must have a TCV of $20M or more. If previously certified have a minimum of 2 additional (beyond original certification engagements) completed engagements, 1 of which must have a TCV of $20M or more.
Endorsement Letters - Obtain an Endorsement Letter from the Sales Engagement Leader, Country SSM Leader or Country Solutions Executive, VP/Director/GM Sales
Education - Complete the required hours of education in the last 12 months.
Mentorship and Giveback - The candidate must provide evidence about how they committed at least 60 hours of time and effort to develop talent and capabilities across the Solutioning Profession and how they set examples through their own personal growth and development and by coaching and mentoring others. The "Giveback" activity takes place in addition to the primary job mission of the candidate and brings value to Kyndryl and the profession.
Job Role - Applicant must be in a Solutioning role at Band 8 or Band 9.
