Scheduling and Cost Control (BVZ, BVZv)
The course objective is to develop effective measures for scheduling and controlling projects as participants put the tools of project management to work. In this course, participants will focus on managing the constraints faced in any project: limits on time, human resources, materials, budget and specifications.

Earning Criteria

The methods of assessment include examinations with a minimum passing score of 70 percent.

The methods of instruction include audiovisual materials, classroom exercises, discussion, lecture, and practical exercises. The general course topics include essential background, the work breakdown structure- a review, identifying controllable costs, building the project resource pool, scheduling, the baseline, managing change within the project, evaluation and forecasting, and exit strategy.
