Earning Criteria

  • Candidates must have already earned both a foundational ABM Certification (for example: MomentumITSMA, Demandbase, 6Sense, Rollworks), and the Knowledgence ABM Expert designation in advance of earning this Mastery designation.
  • Candidates must complete one additional required course, and four more elective courses beyond the ABM Expert designation, resulting in a total of 13 courses to earn both ABM Expert and ABM Mastery.
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 12 months of ABM Practitioner experience working with 2+ accounts or clusters of accounts.
  • Actively working as an ABM Practitioner with direct client interaction and engagement in planning and execution of an annual ABM plan.
