Earning Criteria

Successful completion of the Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) program and earning CKM Certification is a pre-requisite. Submit a case study documenting successful implementation of a Knowledge Management-related project or client engagement. New for 2023: In addition to case study, must attend the 12-week MCKM cohort (1 hour/week) covering peer-review of case study, KM Practicum training (from the newly updated CKM), and Transformational Leadership Strategy training.
