Issued by Kinaxis

To earn the KCS Coach badge, individuals must demonstrate consistent application of all core KCS principles and a high level of proficiency with the platforms used at Kinaxis. In addition, candidates must go above and beyond in enhancing the shared knowledge base—benefiting both our customers and the Support organization as a whole.

Earning Criteria

Must be a current employee of Kinaxis.
Completed the KCS @ Kinaxis training program. Passed the KCS v6 Fundamentals Certification. Passed the KCS @ Kinaxis Publisher Exam. Completed a KCS Coach Workshop offered by one of the Consortium Partners. Completed the six-week KCS @ Kinaxis Coaching the Coach program.
Maintain a reuse metric between 60–80%. Consistently write knowledge articles scoring over 80% on the Content Standard Checklist.
Published at least ten KCS articles within the past six months. Submitted a sample activity report showing knowledge contributions over a two-week period in the past six months.
