Earners of this badge have completed the Art of Leadership program. This 12-week course introduces experienced leaders to a deeper understanding of important leadership topics that define our Khoros leaders. They have done self-reflection on who they are as leaders and set goals and achieved them. Topics covered include values; goal setting; communication; change management; engagement; and collaboration.

Earning Criteria

  • Complete the Art of Leadership coursework. This includes 12 hour-long sessions to learn about and discuss leadership topics, and then hear from senior leaders on their experience and knowledge within that topic.
  • Create and share your own leadership profile, calling out your leadership values, your chosen methods and practices, and a phrase that embodies your leadership style.
  • Set and work toward achieving two goals (one short-term and one long-term) that will influence and impact the business of your organization.
  • Present a 10-minute retrospective on your goal project, taking questions and answers from the cohort.
