Purpose: Explaining how our network infrastructure works, how to troubleshoot the network, and knowing when to escalate an issue. The Network Training Learning Content is meant to teach student technicians about the ins and outs of troubleshooting network issues on end user's computers.

This training content provides in depth information on the sharing center on Windows computers, the internet section of the settings menu on Apple computers, helpful Command Line Interface commands to provide information on adapters (as well as other commands), as well as information on Switches, Ports, Hubs, and Cables, and a high level walk through of Infoblox.

After this training content is completed and the student technician has earned their badge, they should be able to effectively start the troubleshooting process for any end user experiencing difficulties with connection issues or anything else pertaining to ethernet or networking in general. The tier 2 badge will be the test of practical application and will require a hands on troubleshooting with the information learned from the Tier 1 badge
