Included are learning steps that create a good service environment, knowing who the DoIT customers are and what makes them special, and recognizing barriers to delivering excellent service and how to overcome them.

Earning Criteria

Complete Customer Service Training Part 1 workshop and workbook. Complete a "Practice Example" in 3-4 weeks to display active utilization of principles.

Share weekly with your immediate supervisor any customer interactions that were made better by the tools learned with this training.

Review the Customer Service Workbook twice annually to refresh, recall, and remind.
