  • Complete Customer Service Training Part 1 workshop and workbook. Complete a "Practice Example" in 3-4 weeks to display active utilization of principles.
  • Share weekly with your immediate supervisor any customer interactions that were made better by the tools learned with this training.
  • Review the Customer Service Workbook twice annually to refresh, recall, and remind.
