Earning Criteria

• The Alignment Journey is a 12 to 18 month engagement focused on building alignment around the ways in which senior leaders come together as a team to deliver on their most ambitious goals and the most impactful transformations in their company.
• Completed a variety of experiences including one-on-ones, six executive team sessions, and small group sessions as they worked to move from Agreement to Alignment.
• Developed shared clarity of ambitions and defined how to deliver together by addressing misaligned mindsets and group dynamics.
• Discovered new ways of working together, noticing and naming tradeoffs and blockers, and driving alignment through dialog.
• Created alignment across the leadership team to deliver the full power of their collective capabilities.
• Learned how to start with self and create the space for quality conversations.
• Articulated the desired collective impact of the Senior Leadership Team and defined a set of Team Commitments, behaviors the team has agreed to in order to build greater alignment and deliver on their strategy.
• Measured and optimized the collective Senior Leadership Team's activation of alignment to drive accountability.
• Activated the alignment work wider and deeper into the organization, enlisting the next level of leaders to begin practicing alignment with their teams.
