The Activation Accelerator is a 5 month program that takes teams through a process to accelerate the activation of your leadership team's Alignment Blueprint. It is one part practical implementation, one part team engagement, and one part leadership development. The interactive program helps teams have quality conversations about how the Alignment Blueprint can shape their ways of working locally to drive results.

Completed a variety of experiences including a Discovery Assessment and six team sessions as they engaged in supporting the leadership team in brining the Alignment Blueprint to life.
