Earning Criteria

Successfully complete a series of specific postgraduate units via coursework or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) with Kaplan Professional. A maximum of 1 unit may be completed via RPL.
A one-off certification fee of $395 is payable on successful application. A renewal fee of $90 is payable every 2 years.
To renew their designation, ABFP® professionals must provide evidence every 2 years to demonstrate they have completed 40 hours of CPD per year in line with the requirements under the Corporations Amendment (Professional Standards of Financial Advisers) Act 2017.
