Earner understands the principles of research design and data analysis techniques used in social science research. They apply various statistical methods and use statistical software for research purposes.
-
Earners demonstrate mastery by earning a “B” (80%) in each course.
-
Demonstrates knowledge of major issues in developing research design. Understands different sources of bias that can arise in analyses and how to address them. Earner identifies a research question, develops a research plan to answer that question, and collects relevant data from different sources to help answer the question.
