The accredited person has acquired a sound unsderstanding of the PPP standard terminology promoted by the CP3P Guide and a comprehensive knowledge of the Chapter 1 of the PPP Guide ("PPP Introduction and Overview") including a sound understanding of PPPs as a method of developing and managing infrastructure, its main characteristics, benefits and pitfalls, project finance foundational knowledge and knowledge of the steps in the PPP Process described in the PPP Certification Guide.
